Welcome to Mahaba. By creating an account, browsing profiles, subscribing to Premium, or using any Mahaba service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Mahaba

Mahaba is a social connection platform that helps people discover others around them for friendship, dating, networking, weekend hangouts, and genuine conversations. Mahaba is not an escort service, agency, marriage bureau, employment agency, or financial service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mahaba. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally allowed to use the platform.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to impersonate another person, create fake profiles, or misrepresent your identity.

4. Real Photo Requirement

To protect trust on the platform, clients should upload a recent, real photo of themselves. AI-generated photos, celebrity photos, downloaded photos, group photos used as a main profile image, or heavily edited images that misrepresent your appearance may be removed.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Mahaba respectfully and lawfully. You must not harass, threaten, scam, solicit money, post explicit or illegal content, promote commercial sexual services, send spam, or engage in harmful behavior. Mahaba may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

6. WhatsApp Connections

Mahaba may allow direct WhatsApp connections through Premium features or other unlock rules. You are responsible for your conversations and meetings outside Mahaba. Always use caution, meet in public places, and avoid sending money to people you have not verified.

7. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions unlock additional features such as direct WhatsApp access and improved visibility. Prices, packages, and benefits may change from time to time. Payments are processed through supported payment partners. Subscription activation may depend on successful payment confirmation.

8. Safety, Blocking & Reporting

You may report or block profiles that appear suspicious, abusive, fake, or inappropriate. Mahaba may review reports and take action including warnings, profile restrictions, suspension, or removal.

9. Content Rights

You retain ownership of your photos and profile content. By uploading content, you grant Mahaba permission to display it within the platform for profile discovery, matching, notifications, and related platform features.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Mahaba may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise safety, abuse payment systems, or harm other clients.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mahaba helps facilitate introductions but does not guarantee compatibility, safety, relationship outcomes, responses, meetings, or user behavior. Use the platform responsibly and exercise personal judgment.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mahaba after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
